About Us
Powerwash by Perk, Inc. was established in 1992 as a home based office located in Lakeridge, Virginia. The company was incorporated in 1994 and is licensed as an exterior cleaning contractor with Prince William County. We are insured by Erie Insurance Company.
Since the inception of our company in 1992, we have built a customer base that includes hundreds of commercial and residential customers alike. We have maintained a relationship with our customers and have enjoyed repeat business and referrals from them. Powerwash by Perk, Inc. is proud of its commitment to customer service and we feel that no job is finished until our customers are completely satisfied. Our commitment to customer service and quality of workmanship has propelled us to the forefront of the exterior cleaning industry.
Our Process
We provide a unique cleaning process. This system enables us to achieve maximum cleaning of surfaces. We use a four stage cleaning method that consists of low pressure soaping of the surface and brush cleaning. Once the surface is clean, we apply a high pressure rinse to remove all dirt and residue. The final stage of cleaning is the protective wax application. This will enhance the appearance of the surface along with providing protection from the environment. Our deck cleaning also consists of a four stage process. First a soap cleaning, then a deck brightener which will restore the natural appearance of the wood. This is followed by a high pressure rinse of the surface. The last stage is the brush and roller sealing of the surface.
Cleaning/ Sealing Products
We only use cleaning products that are designed for exterior cleaning. All the products have been tested by Powerwash by Perk, Inc. and meet the highest standards. Our staff is well trained in the use of all chemicals and cleaning products. We will only provide brand name or commercial grade sealers and cleaners that will meet the high standards we adhere to and that will provide the protection stated by the warranty.
